Booking & Cancellation Policy

When you book a treatment, that appointment time is reserved especially for you.

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of scheduling. This deposit confirms your appointment and allows the time to be held exclusively for you. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the appointment may be released and offered to another patient.

Appointments booked within 48 hours of the treatment time require the deposit at the time of booking.

The deposit is applied towards the cost of your treatment.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment time. Deposits are normally non-refundable, as they secure dedicated clinical time.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or an appointment is missed, the deposit will be retained in line with the cancellation policy below.

This policy helps protect dedicated treatment time, supports the preparation involved in your care, and allows appointments to remain available for those who need them. As a small practice, late changes are often difficult to fill and can affect the smooth running of appointments for other patients. Thank you for your understanding.

24-Hour Notice Required

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Example:
If your appointment is at 9:00am on Tuesday, you must cancel before 9:00am on Monday to avoid a charge.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a 50% charge of the treatment fee.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you do not attend your appointment and no notice has been given, the full treatment fee (100%) will be charged.

Repeated missed appointments may result in future bookings requiring full prepayment at the time of scheduling. In some circumstances, I reserve the right to decline further appointments.

Late Arrival

Arriving late may reduce your treatment time, and the full session fee will still apply.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If there are genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will always aim to respond with understanding and fairness.

Thank you for valuing both your treatment time and the smooth running of the practice.
